If you don’t want to be friends with your co-workers then you have to look out for the signs that they want to be yours. If you don’t and you make a mistake, then you’re going to be forced into an uncomfortable friendship that drives you crazy.

They’re going to be texting you dumb shit all day. They’re going to be sending you memes all the time that aren’t funny. And worst of all, they’re going to introduce you to their other lame friends that you have no interest in being around.

They Try To Force Their Interests On You

If someone at work is trying to see if you have the same interests, it means they’re sizing you up to see if you’ll be a good fit for a friend. Sometimes if you don’t like the same things they’ll still try and force them onto you anyway.
