Entitlement is a massive problem in the workforce today. I give a lot of companies and managers shit, but I do sympathise with them a little bit as they do have to deal with a lot of people with bad attitudes. Working with kids isn’t easy, and some companies are like nurseries.

Employees aren’t always the hardworking angles they make themselves out to be. A good portion of them are lazy and entitled and should count themselves lucky to have a job.

They Think They Deserve Extra Benefits For Doing Their Job Description

I’ve seen this too many times to count. The employee who thinks that they deserve more for doing what they’re paid to do. It’s like they don’t understand the concept of work.

You agreed to do certain tasks for a certain compensation package which includes pay, holidays, company benefits etc. Why are you asking for more?

I get it if you feel like your role deserves more pay, but it’s what you signed up for. You have no leverage to ask for more money because chances are that they could replace you with someone who’s less annoying in a week.

They Think That They Deserve Special Treatment Despite Doing No More Than Anyone Else
