Action leads to motivation

Once you’ve taken the small step to take action it has a domino effect on your life. Once you achieved something you’re motivated to achieve more which makes you take on more and the cycle continues. Eventually, all of the things that you’re doing have a big impact on your life.

People that sit around and do nothing are doing that because they haven’t felt how good it is to achieve something. It’s so bad for some people that they don’t even think it’s possible to achieve something, even if they see others around them doing things.

Consistency builds habits

When you do something over and over again, eventually it becomes a habit. They say it takes about 6 weeks of repetition in order for something to become a habit. Before this happens you have to force yourself, sometimes begrudgingly to do it.

If the task is something that you enjoy or something that makes you feel good then it’s going to be much easier to do consistently, and you’re going to make a habit out of it faster. If it’s something that you hate it’s going to be hard, that’s why so many people quit.
