Are people getting softer or are they becoming more honest? (and less deluded)

If you ask an older person they’ll tell you that kids nowadays are soft, ask an older person of any generation and they’ll tell you the same thing. There is this theory that each generation becomes softer and more entitled.

But what if people aren’t becoming softer or more entitled? What if people are more confident about being honest with their feelings and what if people are less delusional and see the lies that they’re being spoonfed?

To be fair people are getting more entitled and it’s destroying society, but let’s have fun with this.

People express themselves more

Expressing yourself and how you feel is probably one of the most brave things that you can do as a person, even if the thing you’re complaining about is a bit questionable. You have to deal with all the backlash to the things that you say and that’s something that most people are afraid of.

I will admit the things people complain about are insane nowadays, but at least they’re out in the open and not being held in and released in toxic ways. People aren’t battering each other all the time like they used to.
