As a millennial I have seen a lot of Gen Z overestimate their abilities and value in the workforce. It’s a bit cringe but my generation does it too.

A lot of them graduate and expect a high level high paying job with perks when they have no evidence they’d be a good employee.

A lot of young people are unemployed because they’re not willing to take the shitty job short term and expect to go right to the top.

The older generation needs to stop twerking for them as well.
