As hard as this was to watch, it did come off a bit entitled. She was clearly bad at her job and probably saw this coming so she decided to record herself to save face.

You should give her a reason and there probably was one which wasn’t communicated to HR. They should have refused to do it until they got a clear reason but HR are pushovers.

She’ll probably get a new job off the fame this video got her. Or scare off employers because they don’t want the behind the scenes filmed.
