I’m not smart but I’m definitely not dumb either, I’m somewhere in the middle like most people are. I accept this fact and I feel blessed that I’m not a glue-eating oaf. I know many people that are so I know that could have easily been me.

With that being said being average puts you in a weird place in life. I’m not smart enough to change the world or do anything impactful but I’m not dumb enough to be content with that.

I have the desire to do something with my life but I don’t have the brain power or resources to do it.

You’re not accepted by smart or dumb people

Average people are disliked by both smart and dumb people. I’m not in academic circles and can’t keep up with their conversations. When I speak to them they assume I’m dumb very quickly and don’t even try to get to know me on a deeper level.

When it comes to relationships smart people are very surface-level and superficial. Social skills are typically not an area of expertise for the highly intellectual.

Dumb people don’t like me because they don’t like anyone different from them and they struggle to understand other people’s life choices. They think everyone should think and act as they do and if they don’t do that then…
