Do middle-class people wake up in the morning and have nothing to worry about?

From the outside middle-class people don’t look like they have much to worry about. They wake up in the morning to birds singing and float out of bed. Then some Instagramable breakfast appears in a bowl and they eat it before skipping to work, singing a tune.

Then they spend 20 minutes at their beautifully lit office working and the rest of the time speaking to people about what they saw on TV last night. Then they go home to another Instagramable meal before jogging (they love to jog), then go to bed for the whole thing to start again the next day.

I know everyone has their problems but at different levels. Some people have war and famine to worry about, some people struggle to get a job that can pay the bills, and others worry about the effort it takes to properly oppress people below them.

*Isaiah just got a new car… that’s not right… time to take him down a peg or two.

All jokes aside, I wonder what goes on in middle-class people's lives when I hear them complain. The only real issues I hear these people have are family issues, and it’s mainly centred around people being unnecessarily selfish.

A lot of cheating going on.

How do I feel about it?
