Either we come into the office every day or not at all

I’m sick of it, hybrid working is bullshit, not for every job, but for many of them. We don’t need to work 3 or 4 days in the office, you’re just trying to ease us back into going in 5 days a week.

I’d rather come in every day of the week than do hybrid working at this point. It’s what you want anyway.

They’re trying to get us back full time

I’ve seen jobs that require you to be in the office more and more nowadays. It was 2 days, then 3, and now I see 4. You know what comes next. I don’t get it, people were happier at home, they quit less, and it’s the future.

Working from home or fewer days a week will happen one way or another. These backwards companies can try all they want to get us back in but they have to face facts at one point or another.

They lie to get you into a job

Some jobs lie about hybrid working to get you into the role. It’s a ballsy move as people can just quit, plus, it starts the relationship off on shaky ground.

You want a solid relationship so your employees like the company and so they don’t quit after a few months.

Lying will have people on job sites again looking for a new role that actually gives what…
