Every so often, one chapter of my life ends and another begins…
I don’t know what chapter I’m on, but I’m definitely in the mists of a new one. My last chapter was the Manchester depression chapter, and now I’m on to new things. I’ve moved to Cheltenham, I’ve gotten out of my funk, and now I have a new focus.
My life does not stand still but it doesn’t always change drastically. Sometimes it’s all about your mindset and giving things time. A change of mindset can change your life (I wrote an E-book with a similar title, I still think it goes crazy), it might take a while but that’s all you need.
My life changed dramatically after I changed my mindset and I exposed myself to new things. Once you’re exposed there is no going back. I always expose myself to new things so I am always changing, hopefully for the better.
How do you know when a new chapter is beginning?
In my experience, you don’t. It happens due to your habits and you just notice the change one day. I’ve only noticed a change in my life about twice and that was only because it was because I made the conscious decision to rip my life up and start again. Other than that, I just live life and one day I’m like — shits different now.
