Everything wrong with the South West of England
The South West of England is a strange place.
It’s the second wealthiest place in England after the South East naturally, but it’s still kind of a dump.
It has lots of job opportunities and history, but it’s lacking a lot. Like a forward-thinking mindset for example.
It’s home to the people that couldn’t make it in London and people who don’t have the drive to leave.
It contains some proper shitholes
Every region of the UK has some shitholes, but the South West has some special ones.
Swindon
What even is Swindon?
Swindon is an isolated town that has little to no culture that breeds the most narrow-minded people you’ll ever meet. Swindonians are not far off hillbillies with their bad tattoos, “get out my country” attitudes, and their tendency to call everyone that they don’t understand gay.
It has jobs but they’re not for people with any skill, and who’d want to work there just so they can live in a boring town on the outskirts? By the way, the surrounding towns contain hillbillies too, they just have money.
