How do I handle narrow-minded work colleagues?

When it comes to work, you have to work with all sorts of people. A couple of them are going to be cool, but then you’re going to have to deal with a lot of idiots, and some of those idiots are going to be narrow-minded. Actually, most of them are.

When it comes to narrow-minded people the normal methods of dealing with people don’t work. There are ways to handle people but they assume that everyone is logical. Narrow-minded people aren’t logical so you have to take a different approach.
