How do you stand up when everyone else is dragging you down?
One of the hardest things that you face in your life is other people putting you down.
Sometimes it feels like everyone around you is trying to drag you down and destroy your confidence and all you’re doing is trying to be happy.
How do the people who push through do it? How do they block out the noise and get on with their life no matter how others are treating them?
Self-belief
Some people just have a lot of self-belief. It doesn’t always come from a good place but whatever the source it helps them move past the negativity of others.
You can develop self-belief in a few ways. A good way to boost yours is by getting small wins as it will show you that you are good enough to achieve things.
Others will say that you’re not good enough when you’ve got real evidence that you are.
Mental strength
The older I get, the more I value mental strength and respect the people that have it. We all start out fragile, but some people develop steel that can take them to the top of the mountain.
It doesn’t matter what people do or say about them, they don’t care and are strong enough to not have to fit in.
