I fucking hate the cold: A dumb rant

I fucking hate the cold, it’s dumb and childish. How pathetic is the weather for being this way for many months of the year? Grow up and be warm.

I’m writing this because In my flat this winter I had to wear a T-shirt, jumper, 2 hoodies, a coat, a beanie hat, a pair of thin socks, two pairs of thick socks, jeans, and tracksuit bottoms.

It was colder in my flat than it was outside, and I refuse to turn the heating on and support the tyranny energy companies are putting people through.

Are energy companies worse than Putin? I’ll let you decide… the answer is yes.

The cold is expensive

Wintertime has always been more expensive and now because of the cost of living scam, it’s throwing people into poverty. I envy people that have mild winters they don’t have to cut back just to live a normal life from October to February.

Heating costs as much as a mortgage so you have to buy other things to heat yourself instead. They’ll save you money in the long term but they’ll cost you in the short term.

Having to prepare for winter is crazy, it’s like being the Game Of Thrones. You head into spring without even thinking about it, but if you don’t prepare for winter you may go broke you get very sick.
