I give women more space at work and have noticed a lot of frustration from some of them. When I say frustrated I mean incredibly hostile, it’s something I’ve written about a lot. But it’s what they asked for and I’m not compromising myself because someone doesn’t like the consequences of what they asked for.

I also hate that people assume I’m interested in a woman because I speak to them or make a joke. It doesn’t take much for someone to think you’re flirting at work. Women love to think they’re wanted by a guy and it’s a crushing reality when they’re only being polite.

Women have made a lot of requests over the last few years in regards to treatment and now they’ve gotten them they don’t like it. They didn’t realise what they were getting themselves into and now they want things to be back like they were before with the benefits of modern structures. Work that one out.
