I want to live somewhere inspiring

On the latest episode of: “Why can’t I make a solid decision about where to live?” I think about how I’d like to live somewhere that inspires me in a non-toxic way. I’ve lived in places, like my home town for example, that have inspired me… They’ve inspired me to leave as soon as possible.

The desire to leave a shithole inspired me to learn, grow, and execute like I’ve never done before. But that’s not what I’m looking for now.

I want to be inspired by the locals and the things happening in the city to be the best version of myself possible. I don’t want to do this out of jealousy, keeping up with the Jones, or because I’m in a toxic situation. I want to do this out of passion. I don’t know where that place is in the UK as this place does its best to suck the passion of life right out of you.

Right now I feel inspired by the Middle East if I’m being honest, but I’m not going there.

What gets me inspired?

So I can find somewhere inspiring I need to first find what gets me inspired, aside from wanting to get out of a toxic situation. Maybe I should accept that part of myself and use it consciously.
