I won’t do anything to be successful

On the road to success, you’re going to be tested, and life is going to ask you some questions. One of those questions is “What are you willing to do to become successful?”

I came to the realisation very early on that I was not willing to do anything to become successful, and I knew then that I was not going to reach the heights of the people I admired.

It’s a shame, I do want success but there are some things I am not willing to compromise, but things do change over time so you never know.

I started my journey whilst I was too old

Whilst you’re never too old to chase your dreams, with age comes life experience and life experience makes you look at life differently. A young person who’s not fully aware of the consequences of their actions will be willing to do more than someone who knows better.

It can be a good thing as you’re less likely to make stupid and selfish decisions that will ruin your life, but you’re also not as adventurous. Sometimes you need a bit of adventure in order to test yourself.

Whilst I’m not “old” to many people I still have responsibilities and I understand consequences. I know that life is on a knife edge for me at the moment and if I fall off there may be no coming back.
