If you can work in corporate Britain, you can work anywhere

Ah, Britain, why do you like to make life so difficult for yourself? British people consider themselves very intelligent, but a lot of us are living off the coattails of our ancestors.

It should be an easy country to work in, even if people don’t like each other but it isn’t, and it’s not because people are in a battle to get to the top.

It’s because they lack the emotional maturity to be in the office together. Most of the issues you get in corporate Britain are personal ones that could be solved with a bit of maturity.

The passive aggressiveness

Passive aggressiveness is childish and shows a lack of emotional maturity and a fear of being honest. British people are just like this by default and it makes them very hard to be around for long periods.

Just think about being around that for 8 hours a day. I’m at the point where I don’t even want to make friends with other British people because all you get is constant snide digs.

You can’t have a direct conversation with some people. It’s all fake niceness, passive aggressiveness, and then bitching behind your back.

We all know this happens and we’ve learned how to live with it as a society.
