If you want something, make a habit of it
People want change in their lives but so many people fail, and it’s because they’re going about it wrong. Instead of making large drastic changes that you won’t maintain, you first need to look at what makes you who you are. What I mean is you need to look at your habits.
Your habits whether you notice them or not are what make you who you are and what have made your life the way it is. When you put it like that the answer to a better life is simple — change your habits.
Habits are habits for a reason and changing isn’t easy. This is why it’s better to change small things in your life before you do anything drastic. The small changes can be the most powerful ones as they can make you alter other aspects of your life without you even noticing it.
What does it mean to change your life?
Changing your life isn’t as advertised. You imagine that one day you’re going to explode into a different person and everything is going to be different. People are going to see you differently and you’re going to have a better outlook on the world.
