I’m Sick To Death Of Toxic Work Colleagues
--
No matter where you go, no matter who you work for you’re going to have to put up with people you don’t like. But at work, it’s a lot worse, people seem to turn up their cunt.
You can’t always get away from them, which means that you have to sit there and stew in your frustration all day. Your employers are generally useless when it comes to things like this and will do whatever they can to dodge the issue.
It’s the main reason I can’t stand working anymore, and I’m only 26. No job is too hard to soul-destroying to make me quit, but there are plenty of people that make me want to jump off a 50 story building.

These people are doing something a small child could do and they think they’re geniuses. They have absolutely no self-awareness at all.
I think it’s because they’ve never actually done anything challenging in their lives so they’ve developed this delusional idea that they’re good at life as a whole. They’ve never had the chance to be humbled because they sit in their cosy chair of comfort all day.
They Always Strive For Power
Toxic people always try to get in positions of power. The red flags are always plain to see but they get promoted anyway. Sometimes they get promoted just so they won’t be a problem anymore.
This causes a knock-on effect at the company and makes the entire environment toxic. Toxic people like toxic people and so will promote them into power as they remind them of themselves. Now you have to either put up with this shit show of a management team or find a new job.
The Cliques
Don’t even get me started on the cliques. Some adults never mature and are still inclined to create workplace cliques as soon as…
