Is anyone else sick of diversity and inclusion?

I’m black, so in theory, I should be happy with the push for more diversity, and in some ways I am. I like to see black people doing things that aren’t gang or sports related. I like to see us doing normal things and it takes the pressure off us to have to “act black”.

But at the same time, I am a little bit sick of diversity on inclusion. It’s a good idea executed poorly.
