Is corporate life nothing but getting tortured by narrow-minded people?

The corporate world…

I’ve definitely outgrown it and it’s gotten to the point I can’t operate in it. But I need to pay my bills. Until I’ve grown my business enough to the point where I don’t have to have a job, I am stuck here, but I don’t like it and it doesn’t like me.

Over the last few years, it’s been nothing but toxic job after toxic job, and it makes me think that this is all the corporate world has for me. It’s not like it’s me either, I’ve considered that. Well, it is me, but it’s not me if you know what I mean.

All the companies that I’ve worked for which have reviews have bad ones. If they don’t have reviews then you hear stories about former staff and high turnovers that confirm it’s a company issue. I don’t help as I’m independent, black, don’t get drawn into the drama, and have goals and ambitions of my own separate from the corporate world.

But some people find good companies and love their jobs apparently, where are these fantasy jobs?
