I’ve outlined the specifics in many posts in the past and I can’t be bothered to write about them again and again.

And it’s not probably true it’s something I’ve experienced and seen all my working career, how others can’t see this amazes me.

It’s more cultural than gendered in my opinion and something you can’t challenge unless you change the way you raise your kids.
