Pretty boy expectations

People think being a good-looking guy is all fun and games, but whilst it does open some doors for you, there are some negative things that come with it. So at the end of the day, I think it evens itself out.

Being good-looking is not a free pass in life. It’s all down to how you play the game and what cards you’re dealt.

People think that being good-looking is a key to living a good life and it makes everything easy, but it doesn’t. Many people used to be good-looking in their younger years but have had their looks stripped away by the difficulty of life, and not eating enough vegetables.

The same would have happened to me, but if nothing else I am a fighter.

People expect you to be stupid

The age-old coping mechanism.

Ugly nerdy people are smart, and good-looking cool people are dumb. This is a stereotype that's not even close to being true, but people still believe it anyway. It’s more like, they want to believe it. It’s a way to tear good-looking people down so they can feel like they have something over them.

Ugly people and even average-looking people are jealous of good-looking people. They think we get all the women, we have doors opened for us, we’re more likely to get jobs, and life rolls out a magic carpet for us.
