Rural Britain, where time stands still
I currently live in a pretty “rural” region of the country. I live in Cheltenham, and whilst Cheltenham isn’t rural itself, most of the surrounding areas and the mindset is definitely rural.
After living in the city, I thought I’d try and live somewhere a little bit closer to the countryside… and I hate it. I like to experiment with my life but it does come at a cost. Just think, I’m thinking about experimenting by moving to Australia.
I like Cheltenham, in fact, I love Cheltenham, but I hate everything that surrounds it, especially that shithole Gloucester. It’s more about the mindset than anything else for me. It’s slow and the people are boring. The people are also incredibly simple and no one inspires you to get up in the morning and cease the day.
You get caught up in simple people problems and you have to constantly listen to people say borderline bigoted shit.
