Should I move or should I stay?

I’ve been living in Cheltenham for just under a year and my lease is coming to an end. Although I said and have been saying strongly that I am going to leave I am having second thoughts, which are brought on by 2 things.

The first is my finances. I have a total of £50 in my savings and another £23 or something in my investment account. I can still move but I don’t know if that would be a good short-term decision.

The second is stability. If I were to move right now, that would be the 4th time in 2 years, and I don’t know about you, but for me, that’s too many times. I want some peace in my life.

I don’t have to move right now

Something that I keep reminding myself is that I don’t have to move right now. I can wait until I make some savings. That’s fine but I still want a new job and if I was to get a new job it may as well be in the place that I want to move to.

There is no point getting another job in Gloucester and then leaving that when I move again. I think getting a new job is a must no matter what. My current job is done for me in a mental sense as I have quiet quit and I don’t have any patience for the weirdos at this place anymore.

I haven’t seen them in half a month so and it’s been great.
