The story of my Insta crush part 5: Bonus issue
I said there would be no more updates, but there is 1 more, and it’s the end — again. This time I found out some interesting news after speaking to her almost daily for weeks, she’s dating someone else. That’s right, she’s been fully engaged with me staying up late at night speaking to me, all whilst dating someone else.
They’re not together so there is no obligation to be exclusive but that’s a bit shady. She knew I was into her, that’s the entire reason I was speaking to her yet she said nothing until today. I’m not mad, I thought this was going to end again after something odd happened I could sense it.
We weren’t talking for long so it’s not a big deal, but it could have been if she continued to not say anything. I’d hate to find out the girl I was dating was speaking to more handsome guys at night. You spend time and money, and put effort into building a connection with a person, only for them to go home and speak to someone else at night and tell them very personal things about themselves.

The morality of dating multiple people
I’ve been on the other side of someone speaking to someone else whilst speaking to me more than once, and it’s not a nice thing to find out about. I’m not going to be an angel and say I’ve never done it before myself either though, but I’ve grown out of it. It’s a hit to the ego and it causes paranoia.
It’s a hard pill to swallow as you think they’re in to you but they are just as interested or more interested in someone else. Because of this, I decided to end things. I don’t know bro, but I know how much it sucks to put a lot of work into trying to impress a girl and having her go off with someone else.
She even agreed to call me initially, which could have gone south for him, and now I know why she wouldn’t call me after promising to do so. It’s all coming together. She should have said right there and then that she was dating someone else and that would have been that, but instead, she kept me on board so she had someone to speak to.
Maybe she’s lonely.
