Listen to your body

Your body often tells you things in mysterious ways, one of those ways is sickness. If you feel ill before you go to work then it’s time to seriously reconsider where you’re working.

Don’t force yourself to put up with a job you hate, your health is more important than anything else. Jobs can affect your mental and physical health in major ways.

It’s time to go

Personally, I’ve never lasted at a job that I feel sick at. When I’ve felt like this I know it’s time to go as soon as possible. You only ever feel sick at work when it’s something massive that’s bothering you and you can’t last in a situation like this.

If it’s to do with a customer then the moment will pass and it’s time to stop being a baby. Customers are assholes sometimes but they go away eventually.

Use it as motivation
