There’s this greatness fad going around nowadays which means that tons of people have started a pointless business in order to make a lot of money. I believe it was pioneered by the people in Silicone Valley as tech people, as they are looked at as geniuses and some of them are even looked at as gods.

Some of them are geniuses, and others are just some guy who started a business. One thing they all have in common is an insanely high work ethic. There’s nothing wrong with a good work ethic until you force your employees to work at their limits every single day.

There's No “We” It’s All About Them

Your company may have told you that you’re all in this together and you’re all going to reap the rewards of this achievement. Yeah, you might get a nice pay check, but the guys at the top are going to get everything else. They’re going to get the recognition, the legacy, a day off, whilst you’re going to be stuck in the office dreaming about all the things you wish you could do with your money but can’t because you’re working all the time.
