Wearing being mentally unstable as a personality
It seems like some people are always going through it, and you know this because they constantly tell you about it. It’s all they talk about and it’s the only reason they start a conversation with you. Their mental health is bad again, and you’re beginning to run out of patience.
It’s not that you lack empathy, it’s just that you’ve run out of empathy for them as you’ve been through this routine before and you’ve been through it with other people. Their life is always doom and gloom when you know for a fact they don’t do shit.
Maybe that’s the problem, you sit at home all day eating junk food, speaking to shitty people, and not exercising and you’re bound to be unhappy. I used to be like that and it was the lowest point in my life.
As you get older you see the same patterns in people and you get sick of the same patterns in people when they’re toxic. You also have different expectations from adults as you’d hope they’d become a bit more hardened, but that’s not always the case.
Some people take longer than others to “toughen up” as not everyone experiences the same things. People who grow up with a rough life tend to be harder people with more tolerance for suffering than people who had it good. Expectations have to be managed.
