What happens to your body when you hate your job?
Changed appetite
Whenever I’ve hated a job, my appetite has always changed. Sometimes I ate more, and sometimes I didn’t eat at all. Most of the time I see people eating more and it’s because they need comfort food to get them through the day.
Cheesey chips never tasted better than when you’re depressed. The weight gain will probably contribute to more stress and depression and bad skin too.
Tiredness
Hating your job makes you tired as it causes sleeping issues, and it can make you depressed. Sometimes you’re just led in bed, thinking about the shit day you’re going to have tomorrow, the assholes you’re going to have to speak to, and the failure that you’re going to suffer through.
Depression can cause insomnia as well. It's weird, depression it makes you feel tired, but you can’t get a lick of sleep. It turns you into a zombie.
Weakened immune system
If your job is causing you to be stressed out all of the time, then there's a good chance that you’re going to be getting sick more often.
