What if job requirements were honest?
When you’re applying for jobs for the first time you go in with certain expectations, these are the expectations that the companies say they have. Companies ask for something specific but if you’re smart you’ll see that the people at the company and what the company truly requires to work there are different.
This is a bit jarring and when you realise that the working world is a scam. Now you can see what your parents were complaining about. People weren’t complaining for no reason.
Each generation makes the same mistakes over and over again. Despite living through the problems no generation fixes them, they create the same problems in a different package. People had work right when they went to work and suffered, did their job, barely spoke, and then went home. That is the life—none of this work-family bullshit.
