What it’s like working with miserable work colleagues

In my new job, I have been stuck side by side with miserable work colleagues. Of all the people I could have been sat by, they sit me next to these cunts. What a surprise. I’ve had to work with miserable work colleagues before but it was very different.

They’ll take it out on you

A lot of people are miserable because they don’t take responsibility for their actions. It’s probably the most common cause of depression as it’s extremely common for people to place blame rather than accept it. It’s much easier and they can also keep living the lies they tell themselves on a daily basis.

So they blame you for their problems even if you don’t interact with them very often. I don’t know why or how they select you, but they do, and now their misery is your problem.

The rodents in my current job target me from day 1. I don’t know why, there are things I can assume, and I will get into them in a future post.

You have to walk on eggshells

I prefer not to interact with these people because you have to walk on eggshells around them. One wrong move and you’re in a sad drama and it’s not what you signed up for. You can’t make jokes because they’re offended by everything, or they’ll voluntarily choose to be.
