When a coworker thinks they are a manager

Ever had to work with one of those dickhead coworkers that think they’re management when they’re not. They hang out with the managers, think they should be included in decisions, and boss people around that are on the same level.

You secretly wish to yourself that they get hit by a random piano that’s fallen out of the sky every day when they leave work.

People like this aren’t (always) stupid, they want to become real managers one day so they dick-ride the current group of managers. All of this munching on penis will allow them one day to move up in the ranks and become lazy middle management.

They’ll also do too much in regard to their behaviour around the office. Like they’ll report people over the smallest things to show that they’re responsible, and they’ll take on more work to show that they’re enthusiastic and claim everyone else is lazy.

Reporting people

Everyone else has to be on edge when people like this are walking around the office as they don’t want to get reported for no reason. If they see one small infarction then they’ll pounce. They’ll sacrifice their relationship with people that can’t do anything for them in order to get the approval of people that are above them.
