Why are football fans so dumb?

Football is a global sport so of course you can’t generalise all football fans… except you can because one thing that’s consistent throught football fans is that we’re idiots. It’s getting better now, but I can’t understand why people who watch the same thing every week don’t understand it. People come up with their own imaginary theories instead of taking the time to understand what's in front of them.

It’s not only the fans it’s the people inside of football as well. We see them debate the same things over and over like they haven’t played the sport for the last 20 years. It does make it more entertaining but it’s scary at time. Why doesn’t a guy who’s played, managed, and been a high-level exec know what he’s talking about? I guess that's why he’s a washed-up pundit now.

If you put beer amongst a ground of men you know what going to happen, they’re going to do stupid shit. There was a time when some fans used to go to games specifically to fight, and these people still apparently fight in the woods in Germany, look it up, It’s become a weird community.
