Why are nerds so hard to work with?
I don’t like calling adults nerds, but there isn’t another name for them. I could call them incels because some of them genuinely are, but it doesn’t apply to all of them so I won’t do that.
They’re the “smart” ones, or at least the ones who consider themselves smart in the office. Sometimes they genuinely are smart — in their field. But they lack in every other area, especially socially.
They normally have jobs in IT, programming, web development, engineering, and for some reason customer service.
They act like basic bitches
I am specifically speaking about men in this post. I haven’t worked with many nerdy women to be fair, I don’t think they do work, they just live off their sucker boyfriend and dye their hair 3 colours.
Nerdy men act like mean basic bitches. They’re entitled, hang in cliques, gossip, backstab, lie, and are very indirect. I could go on.
They act like they’re the special ones sitting at their table excluded from the others. They think everyone else is an NPC because they have generic (normal) hobbies and interests.
There’s a reason these hobbies are popular, it’s because they’re fun, sorry I don’t like playing Lego batman on PC.
