People are tired of being taken advantage of

Although the idea of work is to get paid for the work that you put in, many people are asked to do more than was originally agreed upon. Because of this people are burning themselves out for what in some cases is a pittance.

If you’re not getting paid enough in comparison to what you do you’re going to be annoyed. On top of that, what the company said and what they’re doing is different and that inconsistency is going to piss people off as well.

They’re trying to justify being lazy

Let’s be real, not everyone is quiet quitting because they’ve been wronged at work. They’re lazy and want to justify doing as little as possible and so they’ve clung on to this movement as hard as they can.

They’re the type of people that will come up with every excuse in the world to not put in a hard days work. The average person does the bare minimum at work, they’re not getting taken advantage of. Some people are just so entitled nowadays and think that they should get paid for the act of coming to work.

People are sick of work culture

Work culture used to be boring and grey, but it was better than what it is now. Now companies are so corny…
