Why I'll tell my kids to never work in an office

I hate working in an office environment, but my kids may be different. I’ll advise them to avoid an office if possible, but ultimately, it’s their own decision. Here is why I’ll tell my kids to stay the fuck away from the office if possible.

Being black in an office sucks

I might have kids with a white woman, but my kids are still going to have some colour. As any black person will tell you, being black in an office environment sucks, especially in the UK.

Things may be different in the future (doubt it) but there’s a reason why there are so few of us in office spaces.

We get singled out and constantly hassled for being black. It’s such a novelty for some white people they want to mess with us for their own amusement. They don’t see us as people but as a plaything to get them through the day.

They also have this habit of using us as a way to justify their racist views. They aggravate us all day and then call us aggressive for example.
