It’s a movement

Quiet quitting is a movement, and people love to be part of a movement whether they’re die-hard or not. Some people just like to be part of a group, and others really care about the message.

The louder a movement gets the more people are going to join it, and at the moment, quiet quitting is very loud. A lot of people are screaming quiet quitting from the rooftops but actually haven’t changed their behaviour in any way.
