Will white women make the same mistakes as white men?

White men have come under a lot of criticism over the last few years, and rightly so. But I do feel like they get blamed for everything nowadays as they’re an easy target. If something isn’t working it’s because a white man is in charge, people don’t look into the finer details.

As white women are growing in importance in society they’re being put in positions that white men are in and we get to see how they react. It’s been interesting.

To me personally, it looks like more of the same just packaged differently, and we have to ask ourselves are these problems cultural instead of gender-based? I know it probably doesn’t seem like it but white men and women are a team when it comes to most things.

White men don’t like diversity

In my experience white men are much better at equal opportunities than white women but white women are better at diversity, if you know what I mean.

I think white men are more likely to give people a chance regardless of their background than white women, and I think white women are more likely to employ someone based on what they are, and what they are alone.
