Working with dumb older people

I don’t mind working with older people, some of my favourite work colleagues have been old. But when they’re dumb, they’re dangerous. Sometimes you have to ask why this person is in the same job as you or below you at their age.

It could be due to choice, or it could be due to previous life decisions that ruined their future. When people are old and unsuccessful, they get bitter and afraid, and guess whose fault it is. Yep, the young person who’s trying to live their life in the right way.
