Sometimes at companies, you have transition phases. A lot of people that have been there for a good amount of time start to leave. It happens in such a short period of time that you don’t recognise the place. Some of your besties have gone, and the most reliable people too.

The entire experience is a bit jarring and you don’t know where you stand or what’s waiting for you and your team around the corner.

Sometimes people leave for the simple reason that the company is shit. Everyone is fed up and is looking for opportunities elsewhere. Other times it can be a little more complicated.

Asses Why People Are Leaving

Before you make a move, you need to understand why so many people are leaving. It could be that there have been massive changes recently that they don’t like and so they’re going to find a company that will give them what they need.

It could be that a generation of people have found that it’s time to move on to bigger and better things. Or like I said before, it could just be that the company is horrible to work for.

Figure that out before you decide to commit yourself for a long time or follow the crowd right out the door.
